Mission Weight Loss

So I am giving myself till April to lose 20 pounds and I have quite a routine for that..

Will be checking on my weight to see if I have made a difference every week..I had a reality check when my friend sent me some photos of my days in college and I was shocked to see how different I was now.

So there..need to get back into shape. No colas ...I had become addicted to them to such an extent that I would have headaches if I didnt have one ! And no more fried fatty foods...Gosh I just hope I can get through this whole thing.
